Our business consists of two key services - consulting and staffing.  We are at the nexus of where aviation firms and professionals meet. Each of these two areas has a link to the left. 
 
Consulting
Our team is small and very well connected.  We have a combined experience in excess of a century at various levels and across many aviation firms.  The team is confident it can find solutions for any aviation issue, challenge and obstacle. 
 
We focus on both startup airlines and established airlines.  Their needs are similar but peak in different areas.  We also are able to provide aviation consulting firms access to smart people from our staffing database.
 
Our team has developed neat ideas (click the Consulting Team link) and continues to devote time to developing new ideas to solve problems. Staffing
This function is a perennial difficulty.  Partly because once a person enters the aviation industry, they simply don't leave it.  That speaks to the inherent attraction of the business but also to a high likelihood of myopic thinking.  One does not have to go far to see myopic thinking in thes business.
 
Because aviation is highly regulated in most places, new ideas take a while to flower.  On the other hand, in some places there is a dearth of regulation and many ideas are, frankly, dangerous. In this environment you find some the smartest people you will ever meet.  The business has an ability to attract fascinating people.
 
Important: Startup airlines need people with management experience - specifically those who qualify to pass FAA scrutiny as acceptable for positions outlined in the AOC (Air Operating Certificate) requirements. While we are not limited by this requirement, without specific management level experience in aviation, we are less likely to have a good match.
